This class recognizes that many people carry hidden burdens, silent pain, emotional wounds, disappointments, fears, guilt, shame, grief, trauma, unanswered questions, and personal struggles that they often feel unable to discuss with family members, friends, colleagues, or even those closest to them. Many people suffer in silence while wearing a smile on the outside. They carry burdens that are too heavy to bear alone and long for a place where they can be heard, understood, accepted, and supported.
